Before ordering

Our returns process, eligibility window and contact address will be confirmed before orders are enabled. Check this page and the product details before placing an order.

Requesting a return

Contact customer service with the order number, the item and the reason for the request. Obtain return instructions before sending a parcel. Do not send returns to an address on the delivery packaging without confirmation.

Condition and packaging

Keep original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase while checking the product. Take photographs if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, and do not install a damaged fixture.

Refund handling

Once a return or other resolution is approved, the store will confirm the applicable refund method and timeline. Financial institutions may require additional time to post a refund. These terms do not remove rights that apply under relevant consumer law.
