Use the charging cable and power supply specified for the model. Keep ports and electrical contacts clean and dry. Check each product’s stated protection rating before outdoor use; an IP54 rating does not mean suitable for immersion.

Installation

Check that mounting surfaces and hardware are suitable. Follow the supplied instructions, especially for wall mounting and outdoor installation. Do not use or install a damaged fixture.

Warranty terms

Product-specific warranty coverage and the service process will be confirmed before ordering opens. Reference supplier warranties do not automatically apply to purchases from this store.
